Non-Woven & staple fiber processes
TOTAL ELECTROFIX allows to reduce friction during nonwoven processes, increasing the performance and regularity of the card web. It helps to reduce the rate of dust, optimizing needle's shelf life and reducing energy consumption of production lines.
Antistatic , lubricating and hydrosoluble agents are among the products offered for nonwoven production.
Part of the TOTAL ELECTROFIX RANGE has been successfully tested in M1 test for Fire propagation, DIN 75201 method A for fogging, and Norm OECD 301B biodegradability.

TOTAL TEXINOL RANGE:
Developed for carding and combing processes. Its water soluble or emulsifying formulas lower static electricity's impact on fibers while reducing friction and reinforcing the cohesion between staple fibers. This broad range has products adapted to all kinds of natural, synthetic and artificial raw materials.
Part of the TEXINOL RANGE has also been successfully tested in M1 test for Fire propagation, DIN 75201 method A for fogging, and Norm OECD 301B biodegradability.
